Jane Hudson qualified as a crystal therapist in May 2001 after an intensive 2 year diploma course with the Vantol College of Crystal Therapy. She is also an experienced Karuna (Iyengar) yoga teacher, and has a special interest in meditation, philosophy and personal development. She is a keen writer, Reiki practitioner and currently working for a diploma in hypnotherapy with the World Federation of Hypnotherapists.
