The author of a book on light therapy Steven Warren has, since 1981, been actively involved in the research and application of primary care treatment and management programmes. From a background of neuropsychology he went on to train, among other areas, in psychotherapy and specialised in terminal care and chronic pain management. He is now a consultant in private practice and lectures on his specialist topics throughout the UK as well as world wide. In addition to lecturing, he is a regular contributor to the media in radio, television, newspapers and magazines.
