About the Author
Public speaker, author, broadcaster, singer and teacher, Nancy Goudie is co-director (with her husband Ray) of the pioneering music and arts registered charity, NGM based in Thornbury, near Bristol. Nancy has also recorded three meditation CDs, the most recent of which is entitled Peace Like A River, which is great for alleviating stress.
