Michael O'Connell has been working in the fields of nutrition, research and the therapeutic arts for 22 years. He is a founding director of Ploughshares Training and is currently running cleansing and detox retreats at the Fisher King Centre, a therapeutic guesthouse in Somerset. Michael is the author of a comprehensive guide to food sources of vitamins and minerals and has collaborated on a research and development project into 'leaf proteins'.
