Karen Alexander MSc BA Hons NTDip mBANT rCNHC launched Nutritious Roots in 2013 with the aim of improving and educating people about health and nutrition and creating personalized nutrition programmes for her clients. Karen has special interest in thyroid disease having studied this subject for many years including for her MSc which focused on thyroid disease.
