About Glenys Underwood

Glenys Underwood is a qualified and insured reflexology practitioner and teacher. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and specializes in clinical and maternity reflexology.

In October 2008 Glenys opened the Caritas School of Reflexology in Lincoln – Lincolnshire's first AoR accredited reflexology school - in partnership with experienced Reflexologist Viv Tipper. They also run another Caritas School in Beeston, Nottinghamshire.

Through the centres, therapists work towards an ABC Awards Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, as well as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses in Indian Head Massage, Aromaflex and Reflexology.
