About G Gregory Haff and N Travis Triplett
G Gregory Haff PhD CSCS,*D FNSCA is a globally recognized Professor of Strength and Conditioning and the Course Coordinator for postgraduate studies in Exercise Science at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia and a past president of the National Strength and Conditioning Association – NSCA. He is widely considered one of the world's leading authorities on periodization, training theory, and sport science. Travis Triplett, PhD, CSCS,*D, FNSCA is Professor and Program Director in the Department of Kinesiology at Appalachian State University (North Carolina, US). Her Research Focus is Sports physiology, with a highly regarded history of consulting for NASA on resistance exercise countermeasures for microgravity.
