Allan Armstrong ODP is a member of the Order of Dionysis & Paul, a religious order of men and women dedicated to living the contemplative life whilst dwelling in the secular world. In 1991 he became Prior of the Order, which position he currently holds. He has devoted his life to developing a greater understanding of the spiritual life and the path of spiritual perfection within the context of the ODP. His research interests include the study of spiritual disciplines including prayer & meditation; liturgical studies; spiritual healing methods; religious symbolism and mystical spirituality.
