I am a professionally qualified Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, as well as a Reflexologist. I also act as a supervisor for other Hypnotherapists, Psychotherapists and Counsellors. In addition I teach first year students basic counselling skills and various therapeutic skills, hypnotherapy and hypno analysis.

I integrate a range of counselling methods with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy. This enables me to empower my clients and facilitate changes in the shortest possible time.

I began counselling within a national company and extended my knowledge through continuous study. This has led to me achieving qualifications that enable me to utilise a wide range of theories for rapid and permanent resolution of client issues. My principle is that everything works under the right circumstances providing you understand how the client feels.  

My principle aim in being an integrative therapist is to help my clients find and accept the maximum way they can live. Everyone is unique and special in their own way and the challenge we all face is to learn to accept that we have a right to enjoy our life and be fullfilled in our way of living. I live in South Woodham Ferrers just outside Chelmsford in Essex and hold clinics in South Woodham Ferrers.

I am a registered NHS Independant Provider and it is possible, providing your GP and the local Primary Care Trust agree, for your sessions to be funded through the local PCT. This does not normally apply to smoking, weight control or similar issues but each case is considered on merit by your GP and the PCT. ME, MS, Stress, Grief and similar issues are now being considered. For further information please contact me.
