Modern Mayr Medicine at VIVAMAYR Centre for Modern Mayr Medicine is a successful combination of naturopathic therapies. Sophisticated diagnostic testing and traditional Mayr therapies are combined with Applied Kinesiology to successfully treat a wide range of health conditions.

Dr Harald Stossier, the Medical Director of the VIVAMAYR Centre for Modern Mayr Medicine Clinic has expanded the original concepts of the Mayr cure.

Detoxification is the core element of any treatment programme at VIVAMAYR Centre for Modern Mayr Medicine with emphasis on rest, strict cleansing of the digestive system and re-education of eating habits (for example learning to slow down and chew food properly to encourage proper digestion). Dr Stossier and his team of physicians also carry out specialised manual abdominal treatments to support all digestive functions and aid detoxification as well as many other therapies tailored to the individual patient’s needs and health issue.

Of course, given the strict dietary regime, weight loss is a common and welcome side effect of any VIVAMAYR programme.
