Abstract
COMMENTS: How disappointing and how counter-intuitive are these results, which illustrates how important it is to do good clinical research. If the hypothesis was that children's headaches are partly due to stress, then presumably such a programme of relaxation and stress reduction would help reduce headache frequency, intensity and duration. But the control group had the significant reduction in headache frequency and no significant differences in the other headache parameters. Back to the drawing board!
