About Liz Wickham

Award-winning journalist (two Sony awards and voted Consumer Journalist of the Year by the National Consumer Council), Liz Wickham has been Health Correspondent for Carlton and LWT's 'London Tonight' for five years. She originally trained in the NHS as an Occupational Therapist, and has since trained in Phytology (Herbal Medicine) at the College of Herbal Medicine in Hailsham. Liz is dedicated to spreading the message that natural maintenance of good health through diet and lifestyle is the way forward.
