Kristbjörg E Kristmundsdóttir makes and offers Icelandic Flower Essences. For over 20 years she has been developing and using the essences in her work as a flower essence therapist and trainer of therapists. She is now writing a book about the first 44 Icelandic Flower Essence plants which will be published in English. Kristbjorg is a natural physician, educated as a master herbalist, iridologist and naturopath at The School of Natural Medicine in Boulder, Colorado, USA. She has been trained as a yoga teacher and kundalini-meditation instructor in India and the United States. The Icelandic Flower Essences are a big part of all her work.
