Angela Hicks LicAc MBAcC has been an Acupuncturist since 1976. She is the co-founder and Joint Principal of the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, (www.cicm.org.uk) where she also teaches and supervises students. She is a Chinese Herbalist and practises Qigong. She has written or co-written six books, including The Five Secrets of Health and Happiness (Thorsons 1998); Healing Your Emotions (Thorsons 1999); Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture (Churchill Livingstone 2004); and The Acupuncture Handbook (Piatkus 2005).
