En-coded Living Water; Impact on the Biofield and Quantum Coherence Frequency –
Cellular Detoxification, Rehydration and Regeneration
by Clare G Harvey
Understanding that water has the capacity to not only act as recorder but holds a memory frequency that it can indeed both emit as well as transfer messages on the morphogenetic field. This is the key element essential in frequency medicine, as it’s a vital medium used in quantum field for transporting frequency signals esp. in the arena of cellular health and vitality. When I heard that twice awarded Ig Nobel Prizes winner in Chemistry Jacque Benveniste was vilified for purported to prove that water had a memory, I wanted to address that misconception.
https://quantumblooms.co.uk/shop/ols/products/cleanse--detox
Firstly, in 1991 Benveniste was described as a "prolific proselytizer and dedicated correspondent of Nature, for his persistent belief that water, H2O, is an intelligent liquid, and for demonstrating to his satisfaction that water is able to remember events long after all trace of those events has vanished.” Sadly, he has been ridiculed by the scientific community; I wanted to confirm that water indeed has a highly sophisticated form of intelligence that was perhaps beyond the comprehension, vision and measurement capabilities at the time.
Then there was Masaru Emoto!
When I was originally contacted by Emoto, and understood the implications of his ground breaking research and work through my flower essence company, I brought him from Japan into the UK and helped translate his first book (Messages from Water) into English. Little did I think that this action to support his discoveries would create such a ripple effect worldwide and this momentum went on to resonate and influence many forward-thinking minds.
There is a very interesting new development re: imprint water using Scalar-Plasma Water technology. Water thought light frequency codes that can Impact on Biofield and Quantum Coherence Frequency.
First, acknowledging water’s fundamental significance is key to understanding quantum healing. Another quality of Water is that not only does it have memory but also the ability to restructure itself into any frequency. And we all know that “living water” is fundamental to life
The lack of the ability to utilize and assimilate the water that is on offer today leads to dehydration within the cellular structure, as the body, a highly structure and organised system can’t recognise it a health sustaining substance. One can drink plenty but still feel brain fog, fatigue, inflamed, water logged, poor lymphatic drainage and unsatiated as it isn’t about volume but organised structure. In essence, structured water is biological intelligence in fluid form which supports everything from DNA function to wound healing; its presence is a sign of a youthful, vital terrain. Dehydration is simply a lack of structure.
Structured Water
Coined by Dr Gerald Pollack, EZ, short for “Exclusion Zone”, water is considered the fourth phase of water, not solid, not liquid, not vapour, but a gel-like, coherent structure that forms inside and around your cells. Chemically, EZ water resembles H₃O₂ rather than H₂O, a more structured, gel-like form with an extra hydrogen and oxygen atom, allowing it to store energy and support cellular voltage.
- When water touches hydrophilic (water-loving) surfaces like proteins, cell membranes, or collagen, it self-organizes into an ordered matrix. This creates a negatively charged zone that repels toxins, proteins, and solutes – hence the name “exclusion zone”;
- More viscous and ordered than regular water, negatively charged, unlike bulk (tap)water;
- It also reduces entropy (the natural tendency toward disorder) which helps your cells maintain internal order, clarity, and smooth function;
- Capable of storing and transmitting energy, central to: cell signalling, detoxification, protein folding, fascia glide, mitochondrial energy, and DNA integrity. As well as heart and nerve conductivity even tissue repair.
Water and Light
Light is one-way that frequencies are carried and water through light frequency codes can have a dynamic impact on biofield and quantum coherence frequency and act very effectively.
This is where ancient medicine meets modern quantum physics: the 5th state of water
A new development heralded by Phil Hawes, a Quantum Science Researcher who has over the last 30 years researched many aspects of health and been invited to lecture internationally at some of the world's most prestigious medical conferences including The A4M Conferences on the human endocannabinoid system, The Stromboli Conference on cancer, at The BMA and many more.
Passionate about Water, Phil devised a way of harnessing the sun’s beneficial energy rays of light and developed the Life Energiser, a means of transmitting the sun’s frequency codes into structured water through light (Sine) wave motion as part of the electromagnetic spectrum. This was achieved by using an MB App which converts H02 water into H3O2 which is balanced structured living water.
As we know, Phones send and receive information as frequencies and these devices convert those frequencies into images/sound. Therefore, it’s possible for that frequency to influence water not because it’s a phone specifically, but because it’s carried by the light, so frequency PLUS light has such an intentionally powerful dynamic that it overrides any negative effects of the EMF’s frequencies emitted by a phone.
It’s through the light that the phone produces or transmits the correct frequency. Where the light originated from is the key, as the light that carries frequency, can positively affect the structure of water.
As frequency beings means our cellular structure and cells literally run on light, electrons, and water structure and not on food alone. Studies show up to 70% of the energy required for cellular function may be supported by light and water interactions.
Given all the exciting and recent ground breaking developments with structured water what better way to use in combination, by also utilizing the frequencies of flowers remedies (already imprinted with flower healing qualities), designed especially to cleanse and detox at the cellular level while working in synergy, simultaneously cleaning and rehydrating the system as a whole.
Cleanse and Detox Chinese Medicine Flower Essence Qi Remedy Blend
Together, this synergistic effect eliminates all types of toxicity in the system: works with the Qi of the liver, kidneys, lymph, and blood circulatory systems. Cleanses the internal pathways with ease, acting to rid the energetic system of any form of toxicity that has lingered in the body, mind, and spirit, viral, parasitic, or chemical toxicants This not only gently aids the natural process of elimination feeling clean and clear, also but allows the body to function at its optimal level once more and re-establish its own natural rhythms.

Agreement to End Manufacture and Trade of Dental Amalgam
The Sixth Conference of the Parties (COP-6) to the Minamata Convention on Mercury has adopted a landmark decision establishing a worldwide ban on the manufacture, import and export of dental amalgam by 2034. This decision confirms the international community’s commitment to eliminate mercury from dental practice and aligns with the World Health Organization’s goal of mercury-free dentistry by 2030.
Under the agreement, Parties that have not yet prohibited amalgam use must take measures to phase down or not allow dental amalgam unless a dentist determines its use to be necessary for a specific patient.
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/minamatacop6-agrees-end-use-dental-
amalgam-2034-marking-uxilf/
MinamataCOP6 agrees to end the use of dental amalgam by 2034, marking a historic milestone in reducing mercury pollution
The revised wording replaces earlier “medical-grounds” exemptions with a temporary clinical-judgment clause and mandates a review in 2037. The outcome effectively sets an irreversible course toward the complete elimination of mercury use in dentistry.
“This is the moment the dental profession worldwide begins the final transition to mercury-free practice,” said Dr Graeme Munro-Hall BDS FIAOMT, Chief Dental Officer for the World Alliance for Mercury-Free Dentistry.
“By ending global manufacture and trade, the Convention has ensured that the next generation of dentists will be trained and equipped only for modern, safe, and sustainable materials.”
Key Points
- 2034: Global cessation of manufacture, import, and export of dental amalgam;
- Until 2037: Temporary clinical discretion for essential use, to be reviewed at COP-8;
- 2030 Goal: WHO and UNEP maintain the global objective of mercury-free dentistry by this date;
- Outcome: Protects human health and the environment while supporting innovation and patient safety.
The decision, reached in Geneva after intensive negotiations, demonstrates broad consensus across regions – including the African, Latin-American, European, and Asian groups – and signals the end of mercury’s 150-year role in restorative dentistry.

Sayer Complementary Health – Homeopathy Differs from Conventional Medicine
Why is homeopathy so different from conventional medicine- this is often the topic of conversation when a new client seeks homeopathic treatment.
A consultation with a homeopath allows the patient time to explore many problems that they may be experiencing and in so doing a number of issues that may seem insignificant can highlight to the homeopath, what we have already been trained in, that the mental symptoms can produce physical symptoms and this therefore allows us to select the most appropriate remedy. The client at the end of the consultation tells us that they feel ‘heard’ and appreciate the time we have allocated them. By comparison a general practitioner has a narrow window of time that they can spend with their patient and often things may be left unsaid.
https://www.homeopathinessex.co.uk/homeopathy
Take grief for example, I have seen many cases where the initial grief appears to be resolved but the patient continually clears their throat but it is not due to a cold or catarrh. The well selected homeopathic remedy will help this person in more ways than one.
At Sayer Complementary Health I offer an on-line course Homeopathy at Home that is designed to advise you how to use homeopathic remedies for a range of ailments, coughs, colds, headaches, exam nerves, etc. Young babies respond very well to homeopathic remedies for teething and colic and even sluggish bowel movements. Starting with a brief introduction of homeopathy, it covers a number of homeopathic remedies along with pointers to the remedies and how to differentiate between remedies that, at first glance, appear to be very similar.
Instructions on how to give/take the remedies are included along with how often they should be repeated. Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic, non-addictive and safe for all ages, unlike some over-the-counter medications where you may be advised not to operate machinery or drive due to the possibility of becoming drowsy. Homeopathic remedies can be purchased from local health stores.
If, after completing the Homeopathy at Home course you feel that you would like to develop your knowledge further and build a career as a homeopath, the Homeopathic Practitioner Diploma course offers you an in-depth apprenticeship style study course spread over three years. This course further explores the philosophy of homeopathy, differentiating between acute and chronic cases and preparing case studies. You will be required to put aside time for self-study and written assignments.
I am also a nutritional practitioner and work with clients who want to take control of their gut problems using both homeopathy and nutrition. Using both disciplines I enjoy working with people and seeing their health improve and the longer-term benefits of staying healthy.

Foodforthebrain.org Selected by Innovate UK to Develop Dementia Detection for the NHS
Foodforthebrain.org, the UK’s Alzheimer’s prevention charity, has been selected by Innovate UK, the Government’s research and innovation agency, to develop and then roll-out to the NHS a reliable test to help identify those at risk of dementia. The aim is to identify the markers that indicate a person is at risk of developing dementia long before it is too late to take steps to prevent its onset. Current tests typically confirm the onset of dementia – but don’t always predict who will suffer from it in the future, and hence they don’t help a person take steps early enough to prevent dementia. Research shows there is a lot one can do to help prevent dementia, reducing one’s risk by up to 73%, according to a UK Biobank study of modifiable risk factors.
https://foodforthebrain.org/
Foodforthebrain.org’s free online Cognitive Function Test has been taken by over 200,000 people and gives people a clear indication of their risk and how to mitigate it. Crucially, the Cognitive Function Test can differentiate between normal ageing and the patterns of decline associated with an increased future risk of dementia, thus enabling people to take action early enough to prevent this. The results so far show that average cognitive function and memory decline quite steadily from the age of 18, and more so in men, with women’s rate of cognitive decline accelerating from around age 50, coinciding with the menopause.
As part of the READ-OUT study, led by the University of Oxford and funded through Innovate UK’s Blood Biomarker Challenge, the Cognitive Function Test will now be trialled for NHS memory clinics. The study will also engage people across diverse ethnic and cultural groups, helping to ensure dementia research and prevention strategies are inclusive and relevant for everyone affected by cognitive decline.
Dr Cynthia Bullock, Director, Healthy Lives at Innovate UK, said:
“Digital cognitive assessments have the potential to transform how we detect and diagnose dementia, making it faster, more accurate, and accessible to more people. By supporting these projects, we’re not only driving innovation into NHS settings, but also helping reduce long-term care costs and improve outcomes for patients and families across the UK.”
“This project marks a step-change in how we approach dementia,” said Emma George, CEO of the Food for the Brain Foundation. “With Innovate UK’s support, we can validate the Cognitive Function Test within the NHS and move closer to a future where true prevention, by protecting brain health, is routine and accessible to all.”

WellO2 Steam and Breathing Training – COPD Patient Improves Lung Function
With winter colds and viruses spreading across the UK, a Finnish health innovation offers a natural way to support easier breathing and comfort during the season. Developed in Finland, the WellO2 steam breathing trainer combines two natural methods: breathing muscle training and warm steam. The device works by inhaling and exhaling against adjustable resistance, which helps strengthen the respiratory muscles. In a clinical study, breathing muscle strength increased by an average of 20% after just four weeks of use. At the same time, warm, moist steam flows into the airways, moisturising the mucous membranes.
Practising Breathing Exercises with the WellO2 Device
74-year-old Olli Auvinen has lived for years with COPD and asthma. To his doctor’s surprise, his lung vital capacity (FVC) has improved by 30% in one year – contrary to the common belief that the disease inevitably progresses. According to his doctor, the result is exceptional and cannot be explained by medication alone. Auvinen believes that the key factors have been his own efforts: regular physical activity and daily breathing exercises with the Finnish WellO2 device. Auvinen practises breathing exercises daily with the WellO2 device, which combines adjustable breathing resistance with gentle warm steam inhalation.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a growing global health issue that weakens everyday functioning and often leads to repeated hospitalisations. In Finland, an estimated 200,000 people live with the condition. According to Auvinen’s doctor, his lung vital capacity (FVC) improved by 900 ml, and his diffusion capacity (DLCO) – the lungs’ ability to transfer oxygen into the blood – increased by 6.8% over the course of a year. The improvement cannot be explained by medication alone. This case highlights the potential of self-directed rehabilitation and how small, consistent actions can have a significant long-term impact.
