Navigating Change and Transition with Positivity and Elegant Ease!

by Clare G Harvey

When you realise that plants, flowers and trees take care of each other, you wonder if our natural state of being as humans, is to do just that! When you understand that if a tree is injured in a forest the nearby fellow trees through the mycelium network send nutrients and sustenance to help to repair and rebuild it back to good health, knowing that the restoration of that “one” tree effects the dynamic restoration of the “whole” forest or jungle!

Even with our garden and house plants, they have been able to measure with an EKG electroencephalogram connected to the leaves of plants and flowers, their ability to have a energetically deep understanding and sense of their owners imminent return home specifically when they enter of sphere of around 2 kilometres away. With which they perk up and their life force becomes extra vibrant in anticipation of their nurturer’s return! Our interconnectivity with nature and the natural world is very real!

There is clearly a positive interdependence, and one can sense how significant and vital nature, plants and flowers are to our very existence

A wonderful insightful Quote with kind permission: from David Sereda’s film Quantum Communication.

“Bio-photons are a form of bio-luminescence found in plant & flower and are quantum signals which are transmitted faster than the speed of light”! Totally fascinating, and is why I love working with their frequency! Research on the human electrical subtle energy field or aura demonstrates that our energy transmits frequencies deep into the full electromagnetic spectrum (below visible light all the way to gamma and beyond). Fritz Albert Popp a German biophysicist called these emissions bio-photons: particles of light emitted by living systems. He proved that the human aura emits light in the full spectrum with one added feature: it can send signals faster than the speed of light. He found this to be true also with plants. In fact, he found that plants were very effective at sending quantum signals faster than light circumventing the idea that radio waves are the most effective means of telecommunication. Bio-photons may be the answer to send and receive messages from beyond Earth!”

Having worked in co-operation with the frequencies of plants and their flower for over 35 yrs it’s become increasing clear that each flowering plant species is encoded with holding and storing frequency patterns, that mirror our uniquely individual human experience, and has within enough variation to address the myriad of individuality found in the human, mind emotions and consciousness of spirit.

Flowers and plants can initiate quantum leaps in our energy system and consciousness by acting as a kind of Quantum Code, liquid frequency that re-calibrates the human genome.

Below are examples of some the flower frequencies that can initiate the shifting of our consciousness enable the change we would like to see

Southern Cross: Positive abundant mindset, letting go of past negativity & and any inherent victim mentality, by supporting empowerment.
Bauhinia: Thinking outside the box, for difficult with change, resistant and inflexible, and thereby encourages an open & flexible mind.
Christmas Bell:  Manifestation of dreams into reality eliminates belief in “lack off”, and un-deservedness.
Banksia Robur: Low energy levels, burnout after setbacks renews our energy & enthusiasm. It takes energy to sustain change we would to see and fully embody.

This Flower Essences can be taken singularly and or as part of the Positive Change Blend

Not only has this combination proving to be very effective, in helping us to steer our own corrective course, it seems to support and stabilize the transition process in a very consciously productive and life affirming way.

Sayer Complementary Health – Homeopathy Reiki and Nutrition Training

I recently received a message from a client advising me that her child had suffered a fracture to his finger.  This resulted in a visit to the hospital to ensure that the break was simple and surgery not needed.  In the event of surgery being needed, homeopathic remedies can help to speed up the healing process.  The remedy that is most useful to heal broken bones is Calc Phos.  This remedy can be easily obtained from a homeopathic pharmacy.  Of course, summer months and school holidays mean that children are outside playing as long as they possibly can and there is the possibility of minor injuries such as mentioned above.

Issue 304 June Sayer + Bottles + Flowers + Distance Learning

Also remember that it is important to ensure we remain hydrated especially during the hot weather either in the UK or when holidaying abroad.  The body sweats in an attempt to cool us down and whilst we might automatically reach for a cold drink, hot drinks can also help.  The most important thing is keeping the body hydrated.  You can easily tell if you need more fluid by checking the colour of your urine, the darker it is and the stronger it smells indicates a need to increase your fluid intake.

A homeopathic first aid kit available from homeopathic pharmacies is an excellent addition to your list when preparing for your holidays.  The remedies included can cover a wide range of ailments such as Aconite for the sudden onset of illness, Arnica for the bumps and bruises, Cantharis for sunburns (also excellent for urinary tract infections). Nux Vom for the excesses of food and drink as often happens or Pulsatilla for ill effects of fatty food.  Pulsatilla is also very handy to have in your kit should you be travelling with a young child and the heat makes them miserable since although they like to be outside, they prefer the weather of Spring and Autumn when it is cooler.  Not forgetting to mention the remedy Gelsemium for summer ‘flu like symptoms’, or general lethargy.

I find it so inspiring when someone contacts me asking if I can help them learn more about homeopathy.  I offer a short introductory course Homeopathy at Home covering approximately 20 homeopathic remedies designed to help you learn how to select homeopathic remedies that will address minor ailments such as coughs, colds, headaches and sore throats and may even negate the need for a visit to the doctor.  Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic, non-addictive and safe for all ages.  This course is easily accessible via Zoom.

The Homeopathic Practitioner Diploma course is an in-depth apprenticeship style course spread over three years.  You will learn about the history of homeopathy and the philosophy of working with acute cases through to understanding the depth of a more chronic case and how to prepare a case protocol.  Anatomy and physiology as well as pathology and disease are also covered.  Home study and written assignments are essential to the course.  Upon successful completion of all the necessary criteria you will be entitled to register as a homeopathic practitioner with a registering organization and build your career as a homeopath.

My practice, Sayer Complementary Health is based in Burnham on Crouch, Essex.  The majority of my client consultations tend to be carried out online via Zoom, Messenger of Facetime as this gives them the benefit of not having to travel.  Should, however the client book in for a food intolerance test this has to be done at my clinic where I use the BioMeridian machine to assess results.  An initial consultation can take anything from 1-2 hours depending upon the client and their presenting concerns.

I also teach three levels of Reiki.  Level one and two are one-day courses.  Shoden, level one opens you up to the healing power of Reiki and enables you to carry out Reiki healing on yourself and your family.

Reiki level 2 Okuden, is suitable for people who have already studied level one and are familiar with the Reiki healing energy. At the end of level two, you will be able to offer Reiki sessions to the general public although you will need to have the relevant complementary health insurance cover in place to do so.  Pre-course material is provided for both Shoden and Okuden so that you may study the materials prior to attending the practical course.  A Certificate of Attendance is provided on completion.

Should you wish to take your Reiki one stage further then the Reiki Master/Teacher Course also comes complete with a comprehensive manual as well as audio and visual materials and it is this course you would need to undertake in order for you to be able to prepare others on their journey with Reiki.   Reiki consultations are held in Burnham on Crouch, Essex.

Jerusalem-born author and entrepreneur Michael Weiss grew up immersed in an environment where conflict was common, but today, he chooses to focus on universal aspects of the human experience that transcend borders, cultures and languages.

His first book, A Thousand Gates of Prayer, transports readers to the tranquil beauty of Hakone, Japan, where ancient shrines guard misty hillsides, and every path feels touched by spirit. A forbidden love quietly blooms between Miyuki, a young woman deeply rooted in her village’s traditions, and Masahiro, heir to a prestigious Kyoto family. As Miyuki and Masahiro’s connection deepens, they find themselves caught between loyalty and longing, tradition and change. When a powerful construction project threatens to erase Miyuki’s beloved village, their private romance becomes a public stand. With the help of an intrepid investigative journalist, they uncover a trail of corruption far more dangerous than either imagined, forcing them to risk everything – not just for each other, but for a way of life on the verge of vanishing.

For Weiss, the desire to showcase the beauty and resilience of love as it weaves through different cultures doesn’t stop at being an author. He established a publishing house dedicated to global romance fiction and supporting diverse authors called Timeless Love Publishing.

His second book, Sunrise Over Numbi Gate, tells the gripping story of Emily, a young American woman whose dream trip to South Africa shatters when she’s kidnapped during a safari with her father and brother. Held captive deep within the wilds of Kruger National Park, Emily’s only hope comes from an unexpected source – Thabo, one of her captors, who risks everything to help her escape.

About the Author

Michael Weiss is a Jerusalem-born, award-winning entrepreneur in culinary tourism, travel tech and storytelling.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, Weiss founded Mask&Co, Israel’s top-selling designer mask brand. In 2025, he launched Timeless Love Publishing. He holds a BA in Mass Psychology and an MA in Communication & Public Opinion. Weiss lives in Jerusalem with his wife Yael and their four children.

Summer Anxiety Is Real – Here’s How to Manage It

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) may be most associated with the winter months, but according to experts, a form of SAD exists in the summer too. While many people look forward to summer as a time for relaxation and fun, others find the season to be stressful or anxiety-inducing. A recent survey found that 73% of respondents have more symptoms of anxiety during the summer, and according to Anxiety UK’s Director of Communications and External Affairs, Dave Smithson, there are various factors at play: Disruption of Routine; Social Pressures; Financial Stress; Heat and Humidity. There are self-help strategies to help cope: Keeping a consistent daily routine, including regular sleep, meals, and exercise, can help maintain stability.  Therapists, pharmacists, and GPs can offer guidance and potential treatment options including medication, complementary and alternative medicines, and other proven non-pharmacological interventions, such as Kalms Lavender.

Further Information: Kalms is available to buy instore and online at supermarkets and pharmacies nationwide and online retailers such as Amazon. For further information visit www.kalmsrange.com and Amazon

Link Between Hot Weather and Joint Pain

Summer is often welcomed for its longer days, holiday plans and time spent outdoors. But for many of the millions living with joint pain, warmer months can bring more discomfort than joy. High temperatures and humidity don’t just cause sunburn and sleepless nights – they can also aggravate joint symptoms, making everyday movement more difficult. Musculoskeletal conditions are the leading cause of disability in the UK and are expected to affect three times as many people as cancer by 2030. Nearly half (44%) of those living with joint pain say they experience discomfort every day - and hot weather can make things worse, intensifying stiffness, swelling and inflammation. Dr Rod Hughes, a highly esteemed rheumatologist with over 20 years of clinical expertise, explains:

“While cold weather is often blamed for worsening joint pain, many people also find their symptoms flare during the warmer months. Rising temperatures can lead to increased swelling in the joints, and if people become even mildly dehydrated, joint lubrication may be reduced - both of which can contribute to discomfort. In summer, people also tend to be more active, which can place additional strain on already sensitive joints. It’s therefore important to support joint health all year round - not just in winter.” Tips for protecting your joints in hot and humid weather: Stay cool; Stay hydrated; Keep moving;  Support your diet; Consider targeted supplements; One such option is GOPO®, a natural compound derived from rose-hip that is also rich in vitamin C. Research indicates that GOPO® can effectively relieve joint pain thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. GOPO® Joint Health contains the natural galactolipid GOPO®, which has been extensively studied for its effects on joint pain and inflammation. Gold winner of the ‘Joint and Bone’ category, Wellness from Within Awards 2024 – Health & Wellbeing.

    UK Faces Dry Eye Epidemic

Eye health experts are warning that excessive screen time is leading Brits towards a ‘dry eye epidemic’, with a worrying prediction that optometrists will soon see an increase in childhood cases of the condition. The trend, identified by SpaMedica, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of NHS ophthalmology services, found UK searches for ‘dry eye symptoms’ have jumped significantly in the past five years. According to Google Trends data, 2025 has seen the highest volume of searches about the condition. As the UK marks Dry Eye Awareness Month, Dr Alex Silvester, Chief Medical Officer at SpaMedica, explains that screen use is one of the most common modern triggers for eye health concerns.  He explains: “Looking at a digital device or screen for long periods of time without taking a break can cause the eyes to become dry, sore or irritated. This is because we tend to blink less when focusing on screens, which reduces the natural lubrication that tears provide.” Several factors can lead to dry eyes, including: Prolonged digital screen use; Wearing contact lenses; Hormonal changes (like menopause or pregnancy); Spending time in air-conditioned or heated places; Specific medications (such as antidepressants or antihistamines); Autoimmune disorders like Sjögren’s syndrome or lupus; Exposure to wind, smoke, or dust.

Symptoms of dry eye can include blurred or gritty vision and a stinging or burning feeling in the eyes. Redness, light sensitivity, watery eyes, and ongoing itchiness can also be signs of dry eye.

Further Information: Concerned about their vision or eye health should book an appointment with their optician. In England, patients can choose which NHS provider they have treatment with. Issued on behalf of SpaMedica by The Tonic Communications. For more information contact spamedica@thetoniccomms.co.uk or call Tel: 0115 824 8254.
