Everyone aims to have positive physical and mental well being but it becomes difficult to achieve them in our stressful and fast paced lives. People are opting for yoga and Ayurveda to deal with the increased level of stress, anxiety, depression and eating disorders and many other ailments.

Ayur means ‘life’ and veda means ‘science’. It is an approach based on the consciousness of the human mind and body. According to Ayurveda, a healthy mind leads to a healthy body and vice versa as both of these are connected to each other. Treatments in Ayurveda are given through natural therapies and lifestyle interventions.

Yoga improves the quality of life as compared to other exercises like walking, swimming and gym. It not only cleanses your body and mind but your soul too. It teaches you to manage the outer self by managing the inner self. Some of the benefits of yoga are relief in stress, improvement in strength, flexibility and increased immunity. It also reduces the risk of depression, anxiety and heart disease.
