Results

Following a brief review of the therapeutic benefits of humour for the body, there is a review of the literature regarding articles about humour and pain, (acute and chronic) management. The review of scholarly unresearched articles includes articles providing guidelines regarding the use of humour, suggested guidelines for humour assessment, discussion of the nurses role in the use of humour and implementation strategies using humour carts and rooms.
