Cell DNA Structures Complexity

[1]

The title quote is taken from Psalm 139.[2]  A few verses shed

some light on the complexity of human formation.

Cells make tissues, tissues make organs, organs make systems and systems make the whole organism or body. Even with all of the knowledge mankind has today about anatomy and physiology, the volumes available about even the single cell are considerable but nevertheless vastly incomplete.  Knowledge is increasing at a rate never before experienced in the known history of research or records.

Even the structure and function of bodies contained within a cell are still not well understood.  How drugs, herbs, homeopathics, nutritional, emotional and environmental elements affect even one of the numerous intra-cellular bodies is understood only in part by the minds of the greatest scientists and researchers.

The amazing ability of the human mind to put together ever complex computers, aeroplanes, engineering structures, motor vehicles and amazing industrial tools is utterly awe inspiring.  The same calibre great minds cannot fully understand how a single cell functions.  This sobering realisation greatly magnifies awe of the originator of the cell.

For centuries, even millennia, the words of Psalm 139:16 would not have made sense.

“Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect;

and in thy book all my members were written, which

in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.”

A blueprint book, belonging to a benevolent God, is referred to in verse 16 where all parts of a human being are written, generating formation in the womb and continued growth thereafter to adulthood.  However, in reality we see some birth/growth defects and some tragedies etc.  These are generally ascribed to faults in this original blueprint and presumptuously God is blamed for manifestation of genetic errors and unwelcome faults.  How do we reconcile what is written with what we see?

There is an in-built copy blueprint of the original within each individual.  It is this copy blueprint which is alterable by genetic inheritance and other factors (from within) and/or environment and other factors (from without).  Both can affect a given individual blueprint via any or all of the above elements.  One example showing effects from without and taken up by a developing foetus is the drug Thalidomide causing tragic disruption to what was the primary copy of the individual’s blueprint by inhibiting its angiogenesis coding.  Another example is of many parents attesting to having a normal infant until vaccination, provoking or causing autism.[3]  Human beings comprise:

spirit (likened to electricity or the power source),

soul i.e. the mind, will, emotions, intellect, imagination,

(likened to wiring configuration or the circuit board)

body (likened to end product or tangible circumstances).

Health problems have some common basics: dehydration, malnutrition, toxicity, environmental factors and imbalanced mental/emotional aspects mediated via the brain, nervous system and unseen meridian system.

Only the copy of our individual blueprints is what research can access and upon which its conclusions are based.  The study of genetics/heredity has progressed from the times of Johann (Gregor) Mendel (late 1800s) through to the mid 1900s when Crick and Watson identified DNA (which encapsulates genetic material)[4] to today’s researchers who now question some of the conclusions put forward by Crick and Watson.

As the decades have passed further understanding of the structure and function of DNA and genetic inheritance has shed more light on genetic material itself and transfer processes.  As knowledge has increased, things like dark field microscopy and advances in investigative technology have increasingly disclosed more secrets of biochemistry and human make-up.

Mitochondria under the microscope is an area worthy of mention in many health arenas along with the study of telomeres and stem cell activation in mature tissue.

Chromosomes and Telemeres Collage

Chromosomes and Telemeres Collage

Chromosome [5]                   Cartoon of Telomere[6]

Telomeres are structures at the ends of chromosomes. They pull apart the dividing chromatids.  Each time a cell divides, genetic material is passed to daughter cells but a fragment of telomere is destroyed with each cell division eventually rendering the telomeres too short to participate in chromosome duplication and thus cell division. At this point any such cell is programmed for death, or apoptosis. Reduction of protective enzyme[7] activation is the mechanism for the decrease in telomere length. As this process occurs it equates to incremental ageing and/or disease manifestation. Much effort is being spent in finding ways to increase enzyme activation but go back a step and ask why does the enzyme reduction happen in the first place.

Cancer cells follow a different path, also owing to enzyme[8] activation, in that when they replicate the telomeres become longer and more able to produce cell division of abnormal cells.  Several anomalies contribute to this state. The scope of research as to why and how sickness differentiates and takes a degenerative, inflammatory or abnormal proliferative path is immense.  Being able to factor in the mental/emotional and unseen influences on meridians is not easily quantifiable or qualifiable but cannot be omitted if understanding is desired. Is it possible that intangible factors can be causal and therefore more significant than well recognised visible ones?  However, this by no means negates well established determinants such as noxious substances added to food and drink, toxic dental materials, drugs and vaccines, adverse radiation etc. .

It would appear from our understanding of telomeres that the aging process is genetically built into the human frame using the time clock of cell division.  Cell division is part of the continuous growth and repair process and requires adequate nutritional intake, uptake and elimination of waste products for efficiency.

However, disease is not built into this time clock but is associated with it by inadequate input, uptake and output of all material and non-material conditions necessary for unhindered harmony and maintenance of all bodily systems.  Dying of old age does not necessarily have to include any disease state.  Despite the reality, in today’s climate of disease and death being commonly concurrent, and quite understandably so, they are not necessarily related.

So why is death built into human blueprints mediated through degradation of cell division?

The book of Genesis[9] states that humans were made in God’s image and likeness.  They were forbidden to partake of only one tree, the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  There is nothing wrong with knowing good and evil, it is most important to do so as amplified by other scriptures and attested to by common human experience.

Why was taking and eating from this tree forbidden then?  The answer is because that tree held access to knowledge of good and evil in a state of separation and independence from God.  The penalty for opting to be independent of their creator through deception and by disobedience was death, properly translated “in dying you shall die”.

“in dying you shall die”...

this adequately describes the state of the cell division time clock

From that event, “in dying you shall die” is the state of all natural fleshly life.  At the beginning of time that “day” extended to just short of a thousand years but from the global flood (documented in almost every nation’s historical records),[10] that allotted time frame has been reduced to what we see today.[11]

Most of the enemies working against our copy blueprints masquerade as “health” or “very useful” and information which exposes these is either suppressed or whitewashed by the protagonists.  Malevolent forces which have been around from the beginning are still with us today but they have access to different tools to “steal, kill and destroy”.[12]  To outwit an enemy you must first identify it and then have sight of it. We now have the internet, books and publications which have no vested interests in malevolence and the exposure of virtually anything detrimental to health can now be found with a little effort. We can then have some choice based on information.

Amidst the race to find a patentable elixir of life the realm of genetic modification takes a tangent from the desire to understand how to better manifest genetic heritage.  Research has embraced true scientific and altruistic motives contemporaneously with other most questionable political and fiscal agendas.

There is no known genetic mutation which is beneficial.  All are downgrade in nature.  Educational textbooks from infant schools to universities promoting genetic adaptations in support of beneficial evolutionary trends are upholding exposed fake and fraudulent data as “proof”.[13]  This is shameful deception on the part of those who peddle falsehood and for adherents, it takes a great deal of “unquestioning blind faith” or a lack of investigation.  Pandora’s box is not known to close before letting out its contents.

Pandora's Box

Pandora's Box [14]

Without going further into the matter, the brief background of the biological clock from a different health perspective fills in some blanks not commonly covered.  That being so, if the clock is ticking then making the best of health whilst we are able to is a pretty good idea.  In that regard, more interest is focused on the physical aspect of health.  However, the effects on cell division and telomeres from emotions, attitudes, approaches and beliefs could be even more significant.

In comparing the reasons given by those who have lived the longest (in living memory of this generation) there is no consensus of specifics.  Some drink alcohol, smoke, engage in sexual relationships, eat well, sleep well, exercise, eat mainly raw foods and many other attributes.  Others do just the opposite but they all lived well over 100.  However, none seems to associate longevity to eating sugar-laden foods!  Most seem to enjoy what they do/eat/drink and are relaxed about it.  The Hunzas, a group of people living north of Pakistan, reputedly have long life expectancy of well over 100 and live a simple, cheerful life in an unpolluted environment, drink pure water, eat unpolluted unprocessed food and keep active.  The Hunza lifestyle probably holds some vital keys as to why death and illness mostly occur together but can also be seen as being separate issues.

Generalized stress disorders are well recognized now but the negative impact of distress in many situations is not necessarily well discerned.  As a single random example, a quote from an NHS website[15] states that, “stomach ulcers are usually caused by Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).”  Whilst I agree that the negative effects of NSAIDs are causal, the reason for them is questionable.  H pylori is present in some situations of stomach ulcer but not all. H pylori is also present in a great percentage of healthy stomachs showing no signs of any problems.  Therefore H pylori cannot be causal according to Koch’s Postulates[16] and current medical test observations.

It is an error to conclude that organisms found

at the site of any abnormality are the cause of it.

That error is based on Pasteur’s theory that germs cause disease.  Antoine Béchamp proposed  that germs are polymorphic entities appropriated from within an organism for any given situation. Pasteur concurred with this at the end of his life.[16]  Inadequate understanding does not justify dismissal of fact.

Short term distress is not necessarily a problem because the adrenal glands perform well in ordering the system to prioritize and deal with a crisis.  If resolution takes place then equilibrium is restored.  Chronic, repetitive or long term distress is a huge problem in that resolution and equilibrium become hindered resulting in damage to muscular, mucosal, vascular and other structures with hormonal and chemical imbalances which filters down to cell division.  A tendency to acidification of the whole system is a side effect and this in itself is a problem for body chemistry.  Imbalances of this nature affect the mind and body and a vicious cycle ensues with increasing disruption if the situation is not resolved or handled in a different way if resolution is not an option at the time.

Individual genetic and environmental factors determine primary target areas for the effects of long term distress.  Constitution, history, liver and kidney clearance and other factors determine how each of us is affected.  For some it could merely be irritating inconvenience but for others it could have tragic effects on physical and/or mental health.

People believe that they are at the mercy of their feelings and emotions but this is not true.  Feelings and emotions are guidelines, warnings and pointers for our protection as well as agents of happiness, joy and peace.  We are to use them, deal with them, enjoy the good ones and say no to things we do not want in our lives.  To do other than control what we have is to give free reign to these intangible qualities, by default, to destroy our physical and mental health right down to shortening of telomeres (or lengthening of them in cancerous situations).  Negative emotional influences are known to precede many cancers and disease states.

My biological clock is ticking

My biological clock is ticking [17]

We have many tools available to enable us to identify, control and use what we have on all three levels of life: spirit, soul and body to set about making the most of the ticking cell division time clock.  The Good News is that there is a solution to the human predicament.

The sentence "This structure has novel features which are of considerable biological interest" may be one of science's most famous understatements. It appeared in April 1953 in the scientific paper where James Watson and Francis Crick presented the structure of the DNA-helix, the molecule that carries genetic information from one generation to the other.
Nine years later, in 1962, they shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine with Maurice Wilkins, for solving one of the most important of all biological riddles. Half a century later, important new implications of this contribution to science are still coming to light.”

7.         Telomerase (telomere terminal transferase) is an enzyme comprising protein and RNA which adds series of base pairs Adenine (A), Guanine (G), Cytosine (C), and Thymine (T) to chromosomal telomeres. These are the instructions for growth and repair.

8.         Telomerase transcriptase reactivates telomerase and hence proliferates abnormal cell division of cancer cells.

12.       John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  The list of what can steal from us, destroy us and kill us is extremely long indeed.  Most of it masquerades as “health” or beneficial in some way.  This is the hallmark of deception.  Law suits have been filed about the damaging birth defects and other health issues relating to the release of toxic chemicals from non-stick pan coatings.

16.       Robert Hermann Koch (11 December 1843 – 27 May 1910) was a German physician who developed Koch's postulates.
Robert Koch's postulated that:

1.  The microorganism must be found in abundance in all organisms suffering from the disease, but should not be found in healthy organisms.

2.  The microorganism must be isolated from a diseased organism and grown in pure culture.

3.  The cultured microorganism should cause disease when introduced into a healthy organism.

4.  The microorganism must be re-isolated from the inoculated, diseased experimental host and identified as being identical to the original specific causative agent.

Of course the pharmaceutical industry is not likely to agree with this eminent physician (Robert Koch) and would modify his postulates to agree with Pasteur’s germ theory which, although in error, as testified by Pasteur himself on his death bed, is the foundation of modern pharmaceutical big business.  Pasteur recanted his germ theory and concurred with Antoine Bechamp’s polymorphism tenets which promotes more understanding on health and physiology but does not serve the “sickness industry and big-pharma”.
